“Abbotsford Cove is a beautiful complex set on the Parramatta River with manicured gardens which make up 30% of the complex, there is a small sandy beach and a marina and beautiful picnic areas and walkways on the foreshore.

This apartment faces North East and when the Season moves into Winter, it faces more of an Easterly aspect. You can enjoy the Nor Easterly breeze in Summer and warm mornings in Winter.

You are greeted with the morning Sun which brightens up the apartment and throughout the year you can also enjoy the Moon and Venus rising in the night sky.

The outlook from the apartment is private and the enormous trees are so beautiful they home many species of birds, my favourite are the kookaburras.

The area is quiet and peaceful with a view of the parramatta river where you can see the activity of the ferries and other vessels.

The Lachlan Building has two entries and is situated close to one of the complexes’ 5 pools and one of the 2 tennis courts, also a short stroll to the Cafe.

Living here is like being in a haven away from the busy streets etc. yet a stone throw away from the CBD.”
