As you would know there is a lot of negative news in the media about how the pandemic may impact the Australian property market. However, in Chiswick and the surrounding areas, we are currently not seeing much of an impact. And if we look at Sydney as a whole, dwelling values across the city as of June 2020, are still 13.3% higher than they were this time last year.
